These Terms of Service apply to the Elevat3D Imaging website, quote requests, booking workflows, media services, and related communications.

Website Information

Website pricing, package descriptions, examples, and service information are provided for planning purposes. Final pricing is confirmed through HDPhotoHub or through a custom written quote.

Booking and Scheduling

Booking, scheduling, order management, payment, client login, media delivery, and property sites may be handled through HDPhotoHub. Availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and scheduled.

Pricing and Payment

Final order totals may vary based on property size, location, travel, selected services, add-ons, taxes, scheduling, and project complexity. Payment requirements are shown during the order process.

Service Area and Travel

Service availability is confirmed during booking. Travel fees may apply depending on the property location and selected services.

Property Readiness

The client is responsible for ensuring the property is ready at the scheduled time. This includes access, cleaning, staging, lighting, pets, vehicles, landscaping, and any special instructions.

Access and Permissions

The client is responsible for ensuring proper permission to access, photograph, film, scan, and market the property. Drone services may be affected by weather, airspace, safety, property conditions, or legal restrictions.

Weather and Rescheduling

Drone, exterior, twilight, and certain video services may be rescheduled due to weather, safety, lighting, access limitations, or property conditions.

Delivery

Standard turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on package, project size, editing requirements, scheduling, and custom deliverables.

Media Usage and Licensing

Delivered media may be used by the client for marketing the property, business, listing, rental, or project according to the agreed package and payment status. Usage rights do not transfer until required payment is complete unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Portfolio Use

Elevat3D Imaging may request or reserve the ability to use selected media for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless restricted by written agreement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, late-access, no-show, and weather policies may be shown during booking or confirmed in writing for the project.

Custom Projects

Estate properties, commercial projects, vacation rentals, multi-property orders, and complex scopes may require custom pricing and written confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

Elevat3D Imaging is not responsible for delays, property conditions, third-party platform issues, inaccurate listing information, platform downtime, or client-provided errors beyond the reasonable scope of the service.
